- The text of these Terms and Conditions will be made available to the consumer before or at the conclusion of the distance contract.
- If additional conditions apply to specific products or services, those additional conditions shall also form part of the agreement.

Article 4 - The Offer
- The offer includes a full and accurate description of the products offered. Images used are a true representation of the products. Minor variations may occur.
- All prices include applicable taxes but exclude shipping and handling fees unless stated otherwise.
- Offers are valid for a specified period or until stock lasts.
- The entrepreneur reserves the right to change the prices of products and services. Price changes will not affect agreements already concluded.
Article 5 - The Contract
- The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions stated.
- If the consumer accepts the offer electronically, the entrepreneur will confirm receipt of acceptance electronically.
- The entrepreneur may refuse an order or attach special conditions to its execution if there are justified reasons, such as payment history or stock limitations.
- The consumer is responsible for providing accurate and complete personal and contact information when placing an order.
Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal
- Consumers may cancel their order within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period begins the day after the consumer receives the product.
- During the withdrawal period, consumers must handle the product and packaging carefully. Products should only be unpacked to assess whether the consumer wishes to keep them.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, consumers must notify the entrepreneur via email or other written communication within the withdrawal period.
- The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
- If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, the entrepreneur will refund the payment received (excluding any additional costs due to the consumer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by the entrepreneur) within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
Article 7 - Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products made to the consumer's specifications or personalized items.
- Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons if the seal is broken.
- Digital products once downloaded or accessed.
- Products that, due to their nature, are mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.
Article 8 - Delivery
- Products will be delivered to the address provided by the consumer during the order process.
- The entrepreneur aims to dispatch orders promptly but no later than 30 days from order confirmation unless a longer delivery period is agreed upon.
- If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be informed promptly and may cancel the order.
- If the entrepreneur cannot deliver the order due to stock issues or other unforeseen circumstances, the consumer is entitled to a full refund.
Article 9 - Payment
- Payment must be completed via the methods offered on the website at the time of order.
- In the event of non-payment, the entrepreneur may suspend or cancel the agreement.
- Payments must be made in full before the dispatch of goods unless otherwise agreed.
Article 10 - Warranty and Complaints
- Cruise Craft guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and are free from defects under normal use.
- Complaints must be reported within 14 days of receipt. The entrepreneur will respond to complaints within 14 days.
- Warranty claims are void if the product is mishandled, altered, or used contrary to instructions.
- Consumers are advised to retain proof of purchase for warranty purposes.
Article 11 - Liability
- The entrepreneur's liability for damages is limited to the purchase price of the product.
- Cruise Craft is not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of income or consequential damages, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- The entrepreneur is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party shipping services.
Article 12 - Privacy Policy
- The entrepreneur respects the consumer's privacy and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- Personal information is used only for order fulfillment, customer communication, and marketing purposes (with consent).

Article 13 - Disputes
