    Terms and Conditions for Cruise Craft

    • Cooling-off period: The period during which the consumer can exercise their right of cancellation.
    • Consumer: A natural person who is not acting in the course of a trade, business, or profession and who concludes a distance contract with the entrepreneur.

    • Durable medium: Any tool enabling the consumer or entrepreneur to store information in a way that ensures future accessibility and unchanged reproduction.
    • Right of withdrawal: The ability of the consumer to cancel the distance contract within the withdrawal period.

    • Distance contract: A contract concluded between the entrepreneur and consumer through a system of distance communication.
    • General Terms and Conditions: These current terms governing the contractual relationship between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

    4. The entrepreneur reserves the right to change the prices of products and services. Price changes will not affect agreements already concluded.

    Article 5 - The Contract

    1. The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions stated.
    2. If the consumer accepts the offer electronically, the entrepreneur will confirm receipt of acceptance electronically.
    3. The entrepreneur may refuse an order or attach special conditions to its execution if there are justified reasons, such as payment history or stock limitations.
    4. The consumer is responsible for providing accurate and complete personal and contact information when placing an order.

    Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

    1. Consumers may cancel their order within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period begins the day after the consumer receives the product.
    2. During the withdrawal period, consumers must handle the product and packaging carefully. Products should only be unpacked to assess whether the consumer wishes to keep them.
    3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, consumers must notify the entrepreneur via email or other written communication within the withdrawal period.
    4. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
    5. If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, the entrepreneur will refund the payment received (excluding any additional costs due to the consumer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by the entrepreneur) within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

    Article 7 - Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal

    The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

    • Products made to the consumer's specifications or personalized items.
    • Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons if the seal is broken.
    • Digital products once downloaded or accessed.
    • Products that, due to their nature, are mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.

    Article 8 - Delivery

    2. The entrepreneur aims to dispatch orders promptly but no later than 30 days from order confirmation unless a longer delivery period is agreed upon.
    3. If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be informed promptly and may cancel the order.
    4. If the entrepreneur cannot deliver the order due to stock issues or other unforeseen circumstances, the consumer is entitled to a full refund.

    Article 9 - Payment

    1. Payment must be completed via the methods offered on the website at the time of order.
    2. In the event of non-payment, the entrepreneur may suspend or cancel the agreement.
    3. Payments must be made in full before the dispatch of goods unless otherwise agreed.

    Article 10 - Warranty and Complaints

    1. Cruise Craft guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and are free from defects under normal use.
    2. Complaints must be reported within 14 days of receipt. The entrepreneur will respond to complaints within 14 days.
    3. Warranty claims are void if the product is mishandled, altered, or used contrary to instructions.
    4. Consumers are advised to retain proof of purchase for warranty purposes.

    Article 11 - Liability

    1. The entrepreneur's liability for damages is limited to the purchase price of the product.
    2. Cruise Craft is not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of income or consequential damages, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
    3. The entrepreneur is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party shipping services.

    Article 12 - Privacy Policy

    1. The entrepreneur respects the consumer's privacy and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
    2. Personal information is used only for order fulfillment, customer communication, and marketing purposes (with consent).
