Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery about your intent to return the goods.
After notifying us, you have an additional 14 calendar days to return your order.
This policy applies only to stock items. Specially ordered items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
How to Request a Return
Complete the Return Form: Start by filling out the return request form available on our website.
Return Location: All returns must be sent to our main distribution warehouse. Returns sent to our head office will not be accepted.
Contact for Arrangements: Upon receiving your return request, we will contact you to arrange the return or collection. Any associated costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Service Options: In some cases, we may ask you to use your own delivery service if it’s the most cost-effective option.
Return Conditions
Tile Returns: Complete boxes of tiles may be returned, provided they are in a saleable condition.
Delivery Charges: Any original delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.
Inspection Process: Once returned goods are received, we will inspect them to ensure they meet return criteria.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed as a priority. However, the administration process may take up to 14 days from the date of receipt.
Refunds to credit/debit cards may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.

Sample Returns: Sample orders are not eligible for return.
